The villa is in a picturesque village of Gosici, on Lustica Peninsula (Tivat municipality in Boka Bay).  A scenic road leads right up to the gate. Gosici is marked with a red circle on the map. You can click here or on the map to launch a larger image. 

The setting is rural with two nearby beaches and many more further away. One of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Montenegrin coast, Blue Horizons, is a 2 minute drive away. The nearest walking distance beach is in the old, atmospheric village of Bjelila, 15 minutes walk away. One of the best sea-food restaurants in Montenegro (Vino Santo) is a short drive away, towards Tivat. The beautiful, historic towns of Kotor, Perast, Budva and other places of interest are all a short drive away.
