Holiday Accommodation Introduction

This spacious one bedroom apartment is located on the top floor of a family stone house, in the heart of Herceg Novi,  one of major towns in Boka Bay. With a private entrance, two balconies and majestic sea views, it is finished to high standard, with a traditional touch that gives it a unique, romantic feel. The south balcony overlooks our organic fruit and vegetable garden, palm, pine, avocado and other exotic trees, lush flower gardens, the sea and the wild Lustica Peninsula. It makes an ideal holiday home for a couple, 2 couples or a family of 3/4. With the balconies there is approx 70 sq m (750sq feet) of living space. It is fully equipped including a TV, DVD & CD players, washing machine etc. Located in Savina, a quiet residential area, minutes away from the sea front and the lovely mediaeval Old Town, it is close to the local market, shops, restaurants, cafes, beauty salons and a free parking area. The distance to either Dubrovnik or Tivat international airport is about 25 km (15 miles). The historic cities of Dubrovnik and Kotor are each less than an hour drive away, with Perast even closer (all three UNESCO protected sites). The apartment has no water supply problems.
